BOOKING A APPOINTMENT

To reserve your appointment, a credit card is required to be provided on file . Which will be securely held until your service is finished. Rest assured, your card will not be charged until then. Additionally, you have the option to conveniently purchase gift cards online.

PAYMENT OPTIONS 

Hair by Morgan Purcell accepts payments of Venmo, cash, credit or debit or hair by Morgan Purcell gift cards.

 

GIFTCARDS

Gift certificates are nonrefundable and cannot be replaced in case of loss or theft. To redeem them, the gift card must be showed at check out. Gift Cards cannot be purchased nor redeemed with discounts or coupons.

Gratuity 

Regrettably, We are unable to process checks or gratuities via credit cards. However, we happily accept Venmo payments and cash. Thank you for your understanding!

Cancelations + NO shows 

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a fee charge of 50%. Please provide a cancellation notice at least (48 hours) before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to show up a second time will result in being banned from rebooking. Late arrivals are still responsible to pay the full price of the service and the service times might be adjusted.

Refunds on services, retail + Gift Cards

There is a zero refund policy on all services, retail & gift cards purchased.

After receiving a service, all guests will have a 48-hour window to request adjustments. Requests made after this timeframe may incur additional charges.
